  1. Combine vegetables in 2-qt. microwaveable casserole. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 8 to 10 min. or until vegetables are tender; drain.
  2. Microwave cream cheese and milk in 2-cup microwaveable measuring cup or medium bowl 1 min. or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended when stirred. Stir in sour cream; pour over vegetables.
  3. Sprinkle with Cheddar; microwave 2 min. or until melted.
  4. Mix cracker crumbs and Parmesan; sprinkle over vegetables.

Good idea, but it was rather bland.

I didn't find anything particularly engaging about this combination. Sounds good but in reality just tasted "blah".

I would personally rate it a 3 on taste but I am rating this a 4 because it is easy to make and all of my dinner guests liked it.

While the taste was good, the texture and heaviness after it cooled a few minutes was unpleasant to me. I give it 4 stars for taste and ease of preparation.
