I've made this twice now, and both times it was a crowd hit - first thing gone from the table, and in record time. I used extra sharp cheddar cheese. The first time I cubed the cheese, the sec...

I substitued for 2% and it was great!

I did not care for this recipe....it was very dry and tasteless

I do not think we would like the soy milk, could I substitute that with like 2% milk? The whole recipe sounds yummy except for that part. :-( Help Nana! lol

Yummy recipe. I used skim milk & italian-style bread crumbs & it turned out delicious!

Was easy to do and my kids LOVED this! Better than making the Kraft processed Mac N Cheese.

The taste was ok, but I didn't feel like the cheese distributed throughout the dish very well. It melted, but it was right where the chunk of cheese was, it didn't spread. Maybe I didn't cube ...

This tasted pretty good, not exelent but good... But it was very dry! I will have to find a different recipe

It was very simple to make but dry and not creamy. I used garlic/herb bread crumbs and that was tasty...might look for another recipe.
