  1. Line a 9-inch pie plate with the uncooked crust.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. Pour into the prepared pie plate and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Because I was cutting the recipe down, I thought I wanted to use wonton wrappers for the crust and bake it in a mini muffin pan. Instead of bean sprouts, I used sprouted spicy seeds. This has great flavor! I should have baked this at 350 for about 15 minutes. I like the idea of using this for an appetizer! Thanks for the recipe!

This wasn't bad, but we didn't exactly like it. It may have been the cheese; it just didn't taste that Asian to us, which was what we were looking forward to. That being said, it wasn't that bad, and would be worth a try.
