Directions

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes, pat dry. Heat vegetable oil in skillet over medium heat, add chicken and saute until cooked through. Add Tikka Masala Curry sauce, toss to coat chicken. Serve over cooked rice. Garnish with cilantro.

This recipe is disappointing. I came here hoping I'd learn how to actually make Chicken Tikka Masala, not use a pre-made sauce.

This is a very easy recipe to make and it's super tasty as well. I'm picky when it comes to eating Indian, but this version tastes better than many I've have at restaurants. A must try recipe if you enjoy chicken tikka masala. The chicken tikka here is good for other indian dishes as well. I tried it in vindaloo and saag, both were great.
