  1. Whisk together milk and pudding mix in medium bowl for 1 minute. Stir in hot fudge topping and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup mixture into 12 small disposable plastic cups (4 or 5 oz. size). Insert a wooden stick in each treat.
  3. Freeze 1 to 2 hours or until firm. Release treat by quickly running warm water on outside of cup.

I used fat free evaporated milk (for a creamier texture), sugar free instant chocolate pudding and my own homemade sugar free chocolate syrup. I think had I not used the chocolate pudding, it would not have been chocolate-y enough. This is close to the pudding pops I had as a kid but with less guilt. FYI: This is not 12 servings. More like six.

Very good not "fudgy" enough though. I substituted Sunbutter (sunflower seed spread) for the peanut butter since we have severe allergies. Kids said that they were a bit too sunbuttery tasting. Next time will reduce the amount to 1/4c. Definitely use sugar free. Very sweet otherwise. Will make again with SF products and less sunbutter.
