A quick and easy stew using smoked sausage, vegetable soup and fresh shredded cabbage. We like this with fresh corn bread on the side.

What a joy on a cold winter's night! Simple but satisfiying. Complete meal in one pan; just serve with cornbread.

Tim's Sausage Stew (on this site) a much better recipe, with two changes: Use just 1# turkey or chicken sausage (less fat and salt), and be sure to use low sodium, low sodium broth.
