Original recipe yields 4 servings



  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through (170 degrees F).
  2. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over chicken.
  3. Cook 2 minutes or until sauce is heated through, stirring occasionally.

I thought this was a decent meal. I chose it simply because I wanted something different and I happened to have all the ingredients on hand. I think it is a good option if you have to whip something up in a hurry! I will probably make this again on a busy night.



I was leary about this recipe because I wasn't sure how the ingredients would taste together, but because I love cream cheese in just about everything, I gave it a try. The cream cheese and honey get lost in this recipe, and you end up with a sauce that tastes like italian dressing with a little mustard, thats it. It was edible, but I won't be making it again.



Wow, this was the best honey mustard chicken I have ever had! Delicious!
