Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat, whisk the flour with turkey drippings until smooth, then reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until dark brown, about 10 minutes. Stir in the water and bouillon cubes, and simmer until the cubes have dissolved and the gravy is thickened and smooth, about 10 minutes.

"I was skeptical of this recipe, but had only a small amount of drippings, so in desperation gave it a try. To my delighted surprise it turned out great. Not bland as I had feared. I like salty gravy..." See more, but this was a little too salty, possibly due to the seasonings on my turkey. Will start with one bouillon cube next time and add the second if needed."
