  1. In a skillet with a small amount of oil, fry onions until brown. In a bowl blend together ketchup, water, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Combine this mixture in skillet with onions and ham and simmer until hot, about 5 to 10 minutes.

This was a great recipe to use with leftover ham. My father is a VERY picky eater - but he loved it! Highly recommended!

1/4 cup is way too much mustard for any dish i think, i had to add alot of brown sugar and ketchup to even that taste out-but other than that it is a great recipe for something quick

This was good for a quick and easy meal. I do agree with another reviewer about cutting down on the mustard and adding a little more brown sugar, but it was good as it is written also. Thanks ...
