  1. Mix Gravy Mix, flour and sage in large saucepan. Gradually stir in water, turkey broth and juice with wire whisk until smooth.
  2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium-high heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. (Gravy will continue to thicken upon standing.)

This went perfect with my turkey which also had a citrus flare. I will continue to use this, thanks for sharing!

I was really looking forward to this gravy, however, I followed the recipe exactly as written (but for 24 servings rather than 12) and it was quite bland. I even added some salt and pepper but it didn't help. It's a good thing I tried it today instead of 2 days from now on "turkey" day. I guess I will have to rely on my old standby, Heinz. UPDATE: I added two jars of Heinz Turkey Gravey to this and I was able to save it.

This was actually very good and easy...will use again but add a bit more seasoning but all in all very pleased with it!
