Directions

  1. Mix Gravy Mix, flour and sage in large saucepan. Gradually stir in water, turkey broth and juice with wire whisk until smooth.
  2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium-high heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. (Gravy will continue to thicken upon standing.)

This was actually very good and easy...will use again but add a bit more seasoning but all in all very pleased with it!

I made this quick gravy for the first time this year, and it turned out fantastic! I chose to use lemon juice, and fresh sage instead of rubbed. My family loved it so much on their potatoes, there wasn't a drop left for seconds!
