Directions

  1. Cook sausage, onion and chili powder in large saucepan over medium heat 4-5 minutes or until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in water, beans, corn, tomato sauce and picante sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Ladle into bowls. Add toppings, if desired.

Delicious I loved it, I only added alittle cumin to the recipe to give it that southwest flavor - nice hearty meal :)

This was pretty good. I used jalapeno & cheddar sausage, dried kidney beans, frozen corn, and southwest salsa.
