  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Pour the butter into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Mix the oysters, cream of mushroom soup, evaporated milk, crackers, and eggs together in the baking dish until well blended.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until the center of the mixture is set and the edges are slightly browned, about 45 minutes.



I thought it waw a little slimy but it was good.

Wasn't the best way to serve oysters. Rather eat them raw. Reminded me of mush

This has become a holiday favorite for my hunny. It's supposed to be mushy, it's like a stuffing dish. I use ritz garlic pepper crackers instead of saltines, you could really use whatever based ...

This was way too bland for me to ever make again.
