  1. Cut beef into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Combine teriyaki sauce, mustard and rosemary; pour over beef and vegetables in large plastic food storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat all pieces. Refrigerate 2 hours, turning bag over occasionally.
  3. Skewer beef and vegetables alternately onto bamboo skewers.
  4. Grill 5 inches from hot coals 5 minutes on each side (for medium-rare), or to desired doneness.


  • *Soak bamboo skewers in water 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Added Montreal & lawry's to the marinade & switched the veggies to mushrooms, green bell pepper, & red potato (cooked halfway prior), looked beautiful & tasted even better!!! Will grill all summ...

the beef was good but ugh the veggies were awful. we'll make it again but just the meat.

I have not made kabobs before but was looking for something tasty yet simple. This recipe was perfect for both. Loved it.


I served these for my daughter's graduation party. They were a huge hit!

Was overwhelmed by rosemary. Did not care for this recipe.
