  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix ground beef, onion, bell pepper, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, and crackers together in a bowl. Place mixture on a baking dish and shape into a loaf.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 35 to 40 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
  4. Heat the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and 1 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese in a saucepan over medium heat until the cheese has melted, about 10 minutes. Pour sauce over the meatloaf before serving.


  • Cook's Note
  • If you line a pan with bread, it will soak up the excess grease. So just lay the loaf on top of the bread and bake. Discard bread afterwards. ENJOY!!

This is pretty good. Everyone loved the sauce and the meat. It is easy to make but one thing we all agreed on was that this wasn't really a "cheeseburger" Meatloaf. It didn't taste like a cheese...

Cheese Sauce was a huge success; I think onions and green peppers should have been cooked prior to adding in to cut down on their crunchiness. Other than that, first meatloaf I've every done and...

Made this for dinner tonight! :) it was good..just didn't put green peppers in it. Kids liked it too! :) will make again!

Pretty good! I used pepper jack cheese and with fresh mushrooms that I used in my homemade cream of soup, Yummy! Quick n easy. Thank you nattysmama:)
