I enjoy most soups, I don't know if it was the cream cheese or what but it had an awful gritty, almost curdled texture. I was not satisfied at all.

It is a quick simple recipe, and the taste is ok, probably should use less broccoli then recommended. The cream cheese does not meal and make it a creamy soup, it is actually VERY VERY gritty!
This recipe was terrible. I added extra cheese and it still tastes like watered down broccoli.
