Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.
  2. In large bowl, stir together cooled pasta and remaining ingredients except anchovies. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. Garnish with anchovies, if desired.

We added black olives and orange peppers. delicious!

I've made this twice now, and really liked it both times. No anchovies! I use Ken's light Italian Dressing.
