Directions

  1. Cook and stir ground beef in large pot over high heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, water, carrot, onion soup mix, granulated garlic, oregano, basil, and thyme. Bring to a boil. Turn sauce down to a simmer and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  2. When sauce has finished cooking, fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Stir in the spaghetti, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta stirring occasionally, until cooked but is still firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.
  3. Serve Bolognese sauce over hot spaghetti.

"This was so fast and easy. I also enjoyed the flavor. 2 cups of water evaporates quickly so I had to add more water (1/2 cup at a time) twice. Maybe I should have kept a lid on it, but it didn't say t..." See moreo do that. I will try that next time. My advise is to watch it closly, and make sure it's on a low simmer or you'll be using a brillo pad on the bottom of your pot. I really liked this dish, thanks"
