Directions
- Heat oil in a large heavy skillet until hot. Fry corn tortillas, one at a time, until slightly puffed. Place tortillas on paper towel lined baking tray and place in a 200 degree F oven.

I assumed the recipe was saying to fry the tortillas in some oil and then top with warmed beans and chicken, so that is what I did. I heated a little vegetable oil in a small pan, on medium, while chopping the vegetables. It was hot by then and I put the tortilla in it for about a minute. It didn't really get puffy, but it made it crunchier where it could be hand held."
