Directions
- Place chicken in a saucepan; add water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until chicken is tender and no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes. Remove chicken, let cool, and shred or cut into bite size pieces.
- Combine the chicken, red onion, cucumber, garlic, and ranch dressing in a large bowl. Season with pepper to taste.

The amount of pepper in the recipe should not be a pinch but it should be, fresh ground pepper, to taste. Some people like a lot (my dad) and others (my husband) not so much,lol I am also picky about the brand of Ranch Dressing I use as well, personally not all dressing's taste the same..we like Hidden Valley. It's also good with a bit of shredded cheese mixed in too;) Enjoy!"
