this is very good as is. i added hard boiled eggs (2) and 2 T. of balsamic vinegar. very nice and fresh tasting for the summer.
This is similar to my recipe, but a little bland. I also add some shredded cheddar cheese to mine, and also add a little sugar and apple cider vinegar to the mayonnaise.
I love this but my mother-in-law always added chopped clelery and omitted the egg.
An old standby from childhood. We had garden fresh peas this week and it was a great way to use them.
