Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix peanut butter, bacon, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, green onion and cheese in medium bowl gently until well combined.
  3. Arrange cocktail rye on baking sheet. Spread 1 heaping tablespoon bacon mixture onto each rye square, spreading to edges. Bake 6 to 8 minutes. Serve warm.

I love peanut butter and bacon sandwiches...so this looked interesting to me. Really nice combination of flavors, easy to make and something different and unexpected to serve guests. Not exactly low cal....but, as a party treat, we will splurge every now and then.
