Original recipe yields 4 servings
Directions
- Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat well. Reserve remaining marinade for brushing.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Alternately thread chicken, vegetables and pineapple onto 8 skewers.
- Grill kabobs over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade.

"Turned out great. Tip for the Bell Peppers & Zucchini...I cut them up and boiled them for a few minutes to make them a bit more tender (They cook at different speeds than the Chicken). After they were..." See more boiled, I marinaded them in the Teriyaki sauce (I ended up using a lot more than 3/4 cup). And unless you just like brushing a lot...I suggest only to brush the Marinade on the cooking kabobs only the last few minutes. It was YUMMY! I also suggest the Rosemary Red Potatoes in this site as a side dish! YUM!"
