Directions

  1. Prepare Wacky Mac according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Place in very large salad bowl. Add oranges, scallions, celery and chicken.
  2. Stir together oil, orange juice, vinegar, curry powder, salt, paprika and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over salad. Toss gently but well. Top with avocado.
