Original recipe yields 6 servings
Directions
- Prepare Wacky Mac according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Place in very large salad bowl. Add oranges, scallions, celery and chicken.
- Stir together oil, orange juice, vinegar, curry powder, salt, paprika and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over salad. Toss gently but well. Top with avocado.
