Directions
- Combine plums, Wacky Mac and almonds in large salad bowl. Stir gently but well. Add spinach and toss gently but well. Combine yogurt, chives, brown sugar, vinegar, oil, curry powder, salt and pepper in a small cup. Spoon over salad. Toss gently but well.

"This was great!! I needed a salad for a pot-luck, and had a bowl of fresh plums in the kitchen. My husband forgot to pick up the spinach on his way home so I made it without. I used whole grain rot..." See moreelli pasta, cut up 4 plums, and added a tablespoon of mayonnaise to the dressing to make it a little thicker. I put a small bowl of blue cheese on the side in case anyone wanted it. It was a big hit! I think I'll have the small amount of leftovers on a plate of spinach for lunch tomorrow!!"
