Original recipe yields 2 margaritas
Directions
- Pour 1/4 to 1/2 inch of salt onto a small, shallow plate. Moisten the rim of two margarita glasses with water and dip into the salt. Fill with ice, and set aside.
- Pour the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave nectar, and jalapeno into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into the prepared glasses, and garnish with lime wedges to serve.

Off the ho..." See moreok! Also, if you don't mind sacrificing a small amount of tequila, you can do what I do. Slice a jalapeno in half then drop it, seeds and all, into a a bottle of tequila. Just let it sit in there, infuse, and make nice-nice. Then use this to make your drinks. Umm um um! Be warned, the longer it sits the hotter it gets, but man, what a flavor punch!
