  1. Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet, and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on a paper towel-lined plate.
  2. Spread peanut butter on a slice of white bread, and cover with cheese slice and bacon. Top with the other piece of bread. Spread butter on both sides of the sandwich, and pan-fry in a skillet over medium heat until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve hot.

This was a first for me. I have had grilled peanut butter and cheese and grilled bacon and cheese but never thought to combine all three. It was actually a very good combination of flavors. I used Velveeta slices. I would eat this again.

I had to take off the peanut butter because i'm allergic, but the bacon has a nice spin to it. If you don't want the sandwich to end up too greasy or soggy make sure you drain the grease out of the bacon. Too much will make the bread soggy and that's not all that great xP
