Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan with shortening or cooking spray. Unroll dough; place in pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edge of pan, pressing up and extending over sides by at least 1 inch. Place string cheese around inside edge of crust. Fold extended edge of dough over cheese; pinch firmly to seal.
  2. Spoon sauce evenly over dough. Top with pepperoni and cheese blend.
  3. Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese in center is melted. Cut into wedges.

This is one pizza recipe that you need to try! I made it according to the directions...but I put tons of fresh veggies on it too! I loved the stuffed crust and we couldn't stop eating it! Go ahead...MAKE this! You won't be sorry.

VERY CHEESY!!! If l you like cheese, THIS IS FOR YOU! My sister and I used mozzarella cheese instead of Italian Cheese Blend. Very good! Although the recipe says 8 servings, for me it fed three people. Probably 8 slices, but I will probably make double the recipe next time.
