  1. Remove sausage from casings and brown in skillet. Drain and reserve. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet. Add onion and cook 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper and cook 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes and sausage and cook 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in olives and basil. Drain pasta and toss with sausage mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

Very good, not too difficult to prepare. I used feta instead of parmesan simply because I had it and thought that since the rest of the pasta was Greek-style I might as well use a Greek-style c...

I basically followed the recipe, except used mild Italian sausage (instead of hot), and a can of diced tomatoes (instead of fresh tomatoes) and we really enjoyed it. My husband likes the olives...
