Directions
- In a large skillet, cook sausage according to the package directions. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Remove sausage from the skillet; cool slightly. Cut into 1/2-inch coin slices; set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat olive oil. Add the zucchini, cherry tomatoes, onion and garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Add sausage; heat through. Drain pasta; add to sausage mixture. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

"I tried this because I had Johnsonville sausage, zucchini and tomatoes that needed to be used. Forgetting that a box of bow-tie pasta can feed a small army, I used an entire box. I think it would ha..." See moreve been better if I only used half. Overall, I think the dish was quite boring. Perhaps if I had some wine to saute the veggies in or if I added a light tomato sauce.. but I don't think I'll be trying this again, too boring."
