Made this this morning and halved the recipe. It is delicious. Goes great with celery, radishes peppers and cherry tomatoes. I also added about three ounces softened cream cheese to make firmer. Love the low carb content.

A good starter recipe, but needs more Tabasco, (and I am not too keen on spicy) but you could hardly taste the 2 tsp that was added. I did use a less spicy salsa with "sweet heat". My hubs loved the idea, so we will be altering it next time.

The mix made it taste artifical and the dehydrated onions bits were still hard even though I let the dip sit in the fridge overnight, which didn't make it very appetizing. Maybe trying the green onion dip packet would be better?
