Original recipe yields 12 (2/3-cup) servings

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2-quart casserole with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the bread crumbs and butter until well mixed. Spoon the mixture into the casserole dish. Mix the bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake the casserole for 50 to 60 minutes or until bubbly and potatoes are tender.

I make a lot of recipes from this site and so far have liked everything i made except for this wont make it again.

Very good! I added some chicken chunks to it as well to satisfy my large family, and I substituted the swiss for mozzarella because that was what I had.
