Original recipe yields 4 servings

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan, add potatoes and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender; drain.
  2. In same saucepan, melt Becel® Buttery Taste margarine over medium heat and cook garlic, stirring, 1 minute or until fragrant.
  3. Return potatoes to saucepan; mash. Stir in remaining ingredients.

I doubled this recipe. I did not have "buttery taste margerine", I used butter instead. I did add a touch of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper as I mashed them. Nice, simple mashed potatoes.
