Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line shallow baking pan with aluminum foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
  2. Mix beef, tomato sauce, Egg Beaters, oats and soup mix in large bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 mini meatloaves, about 4x3 inches; place in prepared pan. Spread ketchup evenly over tops of meatloaves.
  3. Bake 25 minutes or until meatloaves are cooked through (160 degrees F). Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Wonderful recipe. I am not a good cook and my hubby loved this.

This was SO good! The boyfriend was amazed by these little wonders. The only thing I changed was I added a 1/3 cup more oats to make it a bit more solid and baked for 30 minutes instead of 25. I will DEFINITELY be making these again!

I makes these quite often. Rather than the onion soup mix, I just use salt and pepper for seasoning, and add a small onion diced small. Sometimes I add a clove of garlic diced also. Not only a very good dish, it looks very nice too.
