  1. Place chicken, sweet potatoes, and onion into a slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the pineapple chunks with juice, raisins, jerk seasoning, lime zest, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, and cumin until well combined; pour the mixture over the chicken mixture in the cooker. Sprinkle with thyme. Cover the cooker, and set to Low setting.
  3. Cook until the chicken and vegetables are tender, about 6 hours.

There are lots of good ingredients in this meal, and the flavors come through, but for my family they just didn't play well together. Another problem for me is that this was done in just 4 hours...

Not so good.

This was good. I served it with rolls as sugested. I liked it alot and will definity make it again. The minor prep made it a breeze to make, and my little brother had fun helping me with it.

Just too sweet for us. The flavor got old quickly.
