Directions

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in club soda.
  2. Place strawberries in 10 (2-oz.) plastic cups sprayed with cooking spray; fill with gelatin. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  3. Umold gelatin cups just before serving.

I used sugar free Jello. I didn't have club soda, I used Diet 7-Up instead. I didn't have little bowls, but I did have plastic muffin cups. Cute way to make "jigglers, I would have never thought to use muffin cups before. These were really good, we ate every single one of these. Next time, I'll try orange juice in place of the soda. I'll make them again.

I used champangne instead of club soda ..... really good. molding them wasnt so easy though. they looked a little sloppy when I took them out of the cup.

Maybe I used too much cooking spray?! They were in my refrigerator for over 24 hours and they were still not hardened! I will have to try making these again because I think I must have messed up.
