  1. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
  2. Add the shallot and thyme to the skillet and cook and stir for 30 seconds. Stir in the wine and cook for 2 minutes or until the mixture is reduced by half. Stir in the concentrated broth. Return the chicken to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

The "Swanson Flavor Boost" is a gel consistency, not a powder or liquid, and is an EXCELLENT product...I work part time for a sales and marketing company and I have sampled this product twice and sold out of it at both stores...I highly recommend this product...it is available in chicken, low sodium chicken, vegetable and beef. Very delicious and versatile product! Try it, you'll love it! You are only limited by your own imagination! :)

Moist flavorful chicken breasts. Used sweet basil (no thyme), used Swanson's chicken broth (no powdered) and simmered longer to reduce.
