Great recipe. Trader Joe's carries a low sodium chicken broth concentrate that is delicious--more intense, less salty flavor.
i expected more sauce in a recipe like this and it doesn't make much. Pretty good and halthy enough but not sure if I'll make again.
tasty and easy to make. I only used one packet of concentrated chicken broth (to cut down on the salt) and as I browned the chicken I sprinkled salt-free Lemon Pepper seasoning on the chicken.
I used chicken stock and thickened it at the end of cooking with corn starch. Yum!
Perfection. I subbed asparagus for the broc & added lemon zest. Then used cornstarch to thicken the sauce. My mouth was happy!
