Original recipe yields 2 sandwiches

Directions

  1. Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons hummus on each bagel half. Divide the beef, pepper strips, onion and arugula between 2 bagel halves. Top with the remaining bagel halves.
  2. Cut each bagel into 8 "bites" and secure with toothpicks.

"Delicious sandwich with a wonderful Mediterranean flair! You could easily use pita or bagels - whatever you have on hand to make these little treats. I used "Hummus IV" from this site and added a li..." See morettle feta cheese. I chose not to cut these up, but rather my husband and I ate them as sandwiches. Very easy and very filling!"
