Directions

  1. Divide the lettuce, turkey and avocado among 4 bread slices. Top each with 1 1/2 teaspoons salsa and the remaining bread slices.

Quick and easy for lunch! I just made one for myself and instead of whole grain bread made this into a wrap sandwich and added some shredded Cheddar cheese I had on hand - YUM!
