Original recipe yields 4 servings

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned, stirring often. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
  2. Heat the remaining oil in the skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the garlic, tomatoes and onions to the skillet and cook and stir for 1 minute. Return the chicken to the skillet. Stir in the concentrated broth and water and cook until the chicken is cooked through.

This was very easy to make and tasty. Good for a low carb diet. Husband loved it!! I actually made it with boneless, skinless chicken thighs

The Schmancinater

Quick, easy and delicious! I used a little more garlic, topped it with some shredded parmesan and paired it with some garlic and olive oil vermicelli. My hubby loved it!

I followed the recipe mostly, instead of green onions, I used shallots, and I double the whole thing....It was very watery, and lacked flavor even with the packets. I have made something somewhat the same minus the flavor boost packets, and the tomatoes, it was great that way, so I will go back to what I did before
