Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Melt(R) and cocoa, blending with a spoon until smooth. Add baking powder and sugar, stirring until slightly mixed. Add flour and eggs; stir until completely integrated.
  3. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan, lightly coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle chocolate chips (and/or nuts) over top of brownie mixture.
  4. Bake in for 25-30 minutes, or until done. Cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!

These brownies were great! very moist! only things i did different was that i used 1 cup of regular butter, softened to room temp. added 1 teaspoon of vanilla. and i had to cook it for about 35 minutes. other than that these were the best brownies i've had yet!

Had guests over tonight but realized 30 minutes before that I didn't have dessert. Found this recipe and all RAVED over it!!! Instead of the butter, I did use coconut oil and it was awesome!! Probably will never buy a mix again as this was SO easy!!!
