  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Melt(R) and cocoa, blending with a spoon until smooth. Add baking powder and sugar, stirring until slightly mixed. Add flour and eggs; stir until completely integrated.
  3. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan, lightly coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle chocolate chips (and/or nuts) over top of brownie mixture.
  4. Bake in for 25-30 minutes, or until done. Cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!

These brownies were great! very moist! only things i did different was that i used 1 cup of regular butter, softened to room temp. added 1 teaspoon of vanilla. and i had to cook it for about 35 ...

Had guests over tonight but realized 30 minutes before that I didn't have dessert. Found this recipe and all RAVED over it!!! Instead of the butter, I did use coconut oil and it was awesome!! ...

I did exactly as the recipe said and they turned out great. My sisters could not beleive that they were homemade!!

We used margarine instead of buttery spread, and they turned out moist and chocolatey, better than a box mix.

I just made these with my son and they are delicious! I did substitute butter for the melt (I don't use canola products) and the came out great. I will definitely make these again.
