Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Saute green onions and drill for about 2 minutes in Melt(R). Add onions and dill to cheese, salmon, dill, and pepper; and add into first five ingredients. Pour egg mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.

It was very light and tasty! I substituted w/what I had on hand: leeks, feta cheese, powdered dill, powdered non fat milk. I added one extra egg as well. Next time I might add some hot sauce or serve on the side. Healthy and tasty!
