Directions

Print
  1. Fold a 48 by 18 inch piece of heavy foil in half to make a 24 by 18 inch rectangle. Grease the foil with about 1 Tbsp of Melt(R) Organic Buttery Spread
  2. Place the potatoes in the center of the foil. Sprinkle with all of the herbs, cheese, and spices. Top with bacon if using. Dot with the remaining 2 Tbsp Melt. Bring up two opposite edges of the foil and seal with double fold. Fold remaining ends to completely enclose the potatoes, leaving room for steam to build.
  3. For a gas grill, preheat the grill. Reduce heat to medium. Place foil packet on grill rack over heat. Cover and grill for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning packet every 10 minutes. For a charcoal grill, place packet over medium coals for the same amount of time.

Great recipe! There's nothing like something "Hot Off the Grill" and this was no exception. I used a small foil pan lightly sprayed with Pam vs. a foil packet to make things easier. I also used ...

These were very tender, but wasn't too impressed with the flavor, or lack thereof. Not bad though.

Love these! The only thing I didn't add was the bacon and the paprika. But I think the dill is the seasoning that really makes these stand out. We make grilled potatoes all of the time and I wil...

Wasn't real impressed

Great! of course, made some alterations, instead of using the buttery spreqad I used EVO (extra virgin olive oil) and omitted the cheese (family doesnt like it) and took out the bacon to omit so...

this was soo good but i won't put the cheese in the pack next time. it burnt but i may have put extra. there's no such thing as too much cheese! ; )

these were amazing! i used margarine for the buttery spread, shallots for the green onions, cilantro for the parsley, dried dill for the fresh and left out the chives since i didn't have any.. a...

I did this in a corningware dish in the oven instead of on the grill and used some vegetable oil instead of buttery spread. Delicious!

Great recipe for the grill. Used regular butter, didn't add bacon, substituted some thyme for the dill, and grilled them for 35 min.
