  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, add the Seasoning mix, together with the salt, pepper, and paprika and mix well. Liberally sprinkle the pork chops on both sides with the seasoning mixture.
  3. Arrange the chops on a baking sheet or try with a rack. Bake the pork chops for 20 minutes, turning once until browned or an internal temperature of 160 degrees F is reached. Serve immediately.

This is a great recipe. One of my family's favorites. In place of the Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing, I use powdeed butter milk. Works great.

These were the best pork chops I've ever made. I placed seasonings in a ziploc, shook them up, and put them on the grill. Great reviews from my family.

I used my own homemade dry ranch dressing mix instead of Hidden Valley (same principal, just less salt/more flavor)--other than that I made no other changes. The boys thought this was FANTASTIC,...
