Directions
- Coat the chicken with the flour.
- Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in 2 batches and cook until well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
- Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until they're tender. Stir the broth, vinegar and thyme in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken and sauce with the rice.

"I was a little afraid to try this recipe, because it only had two reviews and they weren't really good. However, I had everything on hand for it. I noticed both reviewers said it was bland, and that s..." See morealt and pepper were missing from the ingredients. So I added kosher salt and pepper, paprika, and thyme to the flour. I also salted the onions and garlic as I was cooking them, and it seemed to be the touch it needed. This was excellent!! My 5 year old loved it!! And he doesn't like anything. :) We are gonna add this to my list of favorites."
