Fantastic, huge hit at the party! I took out about 5 oz of the Velveeta and replaced it with a wedge of smoked Gouda with bacon, gave it just a hint of smoky flavor. Just personal preference, I'm sure that strictly adhering to the recipe as written would not have changed my opinion :)
