Great little appetizers and so so easy. I have been making these for 30 years. I use dill weed instead of Italian style dry dressing. Cukes on top are good. I have also put shreadded cheese and sliced black olives on top. Remember though..... these can not be made the night before. The bread gets soggy.

Easy to make, tastes yummy and impressive to look at. I always sprinkle Dill Weed on the top of mine.

My sister gave me a recipe very much like this. We use regular cream cheese softened mixed with the Good Seasons dry Italain dressing, no sour cream, cucumber on top and sprinkle dill on top of cukes. The party pumpernickel breads are perfect if you can get them. It is great, super easy to make, and feeds a crowd.
