Based on a 2,000 calorie diet


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap(R) Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Arrange stir-fry vegetable mixture around chicken; top with butter. Sprinkle with water, lemon peel, garlic salt and basil.
  3. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make two packets.
  4. Bake 22 to 24 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven OR GRILL 10 to 12 minutes in covered grill. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken and vegetables before serving.

This was actually really good. I cut the chicken into pieces before baking and added some red pepper flakes, but other than that I followed the recipe to a T. My husband loved it, said it was a absolute keeper.


I really liked the recipe. I added a little more lemon juice and added some lemon pepper as well. Wasn't able to find stir fry veggies with pasta so I just used it w/o and served over rice.
